Around twenty minutes with the two resident capybaras, with the feeding bundled into a set that includes a cake and a hot drink. The signature is a capybara-shaped cake with chocolate sauce, which is exactly the sort of thing that makes a Taiwanese themed cafe work.
There are also rabbits, ducks and a cat. Reviewers keep mentioning the duck, which appears to have a stronger personality than several of the humans involved.
The honest bit
At 4.3 across 1,301 reviews it is well liked but not adored, and the recurring complaint is portion size — "food portions are extremely small, but i guess for the price it's OK" is the summary. You are paying for the capybaras and getting fed incidentally.
