Capy Neko is the only operator in Japan running capybaras and cats as co-hosts. A minute from Kichijoji station on the second floor of the PLATANO building, roughly ¥1,500-1,800 for an hour with a drink usually included — which makes it the cheapest hour with a capybara in Tokyo by a clear margin.

Kichijoji shuts at 17:00. That is the earliest closing time of any Tokyo capybara cafe and it catches people who assume evening availability — CAPPINESS does not even open until 15:00, Moffu runs to 20:00.
If you want a late capybara, go to Harajuku. If you want Kichijoji, make it the afternoon plan rather than the after-dinner one.
